Exploring Ideas

 I looked at several choices as I was trying to aim for the type of magazine I wanted to create. 

The one genre I chose was sports because that is what my magazine is about, I wanted it to resemble other sport magazines if I were to choose a starting point. There are many different styles of sports magazines to choose from so it was nice to see the potential options that I could go with. 

 

The second genre I looked at would be music, because singers have many magazines that are sometimes very artistic and creative. If often gravitated towards music magazines more than others due being a music enthusiast myself. This genre can be very niche like sports can be sometimes, due to only catching the interests of a certain demographic.
