Why composition, cropping, and storage are important when dealing with pictures

When working with images, three important elements come into play: composition, cropping, and storage. These components improve the visual appeal and functionality of photos.

Storage is very important for preserving photos, protecting them from deterioration over time and keeping them in quality condition.

Composition involves carefully arranging parts within the frame to create a certain narrative while keep focus on the main subject. I actually tried out some techniques, so I could get some familiarity with it. In these two examples I did Isolation and Repetition.

Repetition is the use of repeated elements, patterns or themes to create balance.

Isolation is focusing on the main subject while blurring out other elements that might be in the photo.

Lastly, Cropping involves removing unnecessary corners or areas of a photo to highlight the more important elements within the photo and adapt to other formats and can be very useful.

Here's an example I did, where you can see on the first photo there was unnecessary things included in the photo, like the floor or the sky when I'm trying to focus on the pool. So, I cropped some of floor out and some of the sky and you can see how it changed the photo a lot.
